Dr. Rund received her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine where she completed her training in Internal Medicine. Her fellowship in cardiology was completed at the Bay State Medical Center campus of Tufts University.
Dr. Rund joined Dr. Parisi in the Amsterdam office in 2000 when she became a member of Cardiology Associates of Schenectady. She was the first female to practice cardiology in the area.
Dr. Rund is beloved by hospital staff and patients. She is kind, compassionate and dedicated. She has strong clinical expertise and has contributed significantly to the care of the patients in Fulton and Montgomery counties and the success of the Amsterdam office.
