Dr. Miller received his Medical Degree from the University of West Indies, in Kingston, Jamaica. He completed his medical internship at Cornwall Regional Hospital in Montego Bay, Jamaica and his residency at Kingston Public Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica. He then completed a residency program and fellowship at the Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Miller is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology
Dr. Miller practiced Cardiology in Cooperstown for two years prior to joining Drs. London, Florendo, Torres and Nelson in practice in Amsterdam. He joined Cardiology Associates of Schenectady in 2008. He is respected for his kindness, compassion and superlative clinical judgement. He has expertise in trans – thoracic and trans – esophagael echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He has contributed greatly to cardiac care of patients in Montgomery and Fulton Counties.
